Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026
This website, quarryescondido.com, is operated by Koochenvagner's LLC ("we", "us"), 1999 Citracado Parkway, Escondido, CA 92029. This policy explains what we collect on this site, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you sign up for updates, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider, Webflow, records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the time of your visit. We use Webflow's built-in site analytics, which report this in aggregate. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use your email address and name to send you updates about Quarry Escondido, including when reservations and event bookings open. We use technical information to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site and send email (currently Webflow for hosting and form storage, and an email service provider once we begin sending), who may use it only on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
California "Shine the Light" notice (Civil Code §1798.83): we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing social@quarryescondido.com or calling (760) 294-7866. We will respond within 30 days.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site does not track visitors across other websites over time, and we do not change how it works in response to that signal.
Third-party collection
We do not permit third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use this site.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we will also email everyone on our list.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site. If anything here is difficult to use, email social@quarryescondido.com and we will fix it.
